However, AugioGuru.in or  AllHomeLiving.com does not warrant that the product description or other content of this site is error-free. If a product offered by AugioGuru.in or  AllHomeLiving.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product.

With respect to items sold on AugioGuru.in or  AllHomeLiving.com, we charge your credit
card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason, if we
are not able to ship your products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

If an item correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

If an item correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 7 to
10 business days to deliver orders in stock, some orders can be delayed if stock is not available and be provided and conveyed to the buyer on a possible available date.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be governed by Indian law and the courts in PUNE shall only have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to AudioGuru.in or AllHomeLiving.com or to products you purchase through AudioGuru.in or AllHomeLiving.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in PUNE, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate AudioGuru.in or AllHomeLiving.com intellectual property rights, AudioGuru.in or AllHomeLiving.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrator award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

MISCELLANEOUS

Severability:

Each of the provisions in these Terms are severable and distinct from the others and if at any time one or more such provisions is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

Captions:

The various captions used in these Terms are for convenience purpose only and may not be used to interpret the provisions thereof. In case of captions and the related text conflicts, the text will prevail.

Partial Invalidity:
